2 | teaspoons | Dijon mustard | |

2 | teaspoons | fresh dill, chopped | |

1/8 | teaspoon | onion salt | |

1 | lb. | broccoli, drained, cooked, then chilled | |

|||
2 | oranges, peeled and sliced | ||

1/2 | cup | sweet red pepper, cut into 1/2 inch squares | |
|
Combine the orange juice, oil, mustard, dill and onion salt in a jar with a lid; shake well.
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, orange slices and red pepper; pour dressing over mixture; toss lightly. Chill for 30 minutes, stir before serving.
