3 | cups | green cabbage, finely shredded | |

1 | cup | carrot, finely shredded | |

1/4 | cup | green onions, cut into thin lengthwise slices | |
|
Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper in a screw-top jar. Cover and shake well.
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, and green onion. Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage mixture; toss gently to coat.
Cover and chill before serving, if desired.
