Yield: Makes 1 3/4 cups or 2 servings
2 | cans | (6 ounces each) V-8 Low Sodium Cocktail Vegetable Juice | |

1 | tablespoon | finely chopped cucumber | |

1 | tablespoon | finely chopped green pepper | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | lemon juice | |
|
1. In 1-quart saucepan, over medium heat, combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Simmer a few minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally. 2. To serve: Pour into mugs; serve with spoon.
